Hi there, and thank you for stopping by! My name is Emmanuel Joseph, and I’m thrilled to invite you to be part of something new and exciting. We’re planting 2819 Life Church right in the soul of Kansas City, MO, with a passion to transform lives and our community.

I was born in a small town in Polk County, FL, to Caribbean parents, and my life was forever changed at 10 years old when I chose to follow Jesus. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various ministry roles, and now God has called my family and me to launch this new church right here in Kansas City, Mo.

In 2018, my wife Shenique and I, along with our three amazing kids—Grace (8), Sadé (4), and Zion (newborn)—moved to Kansas City. Since then, we’ve fallen in love with this city and developed a heart for its people. Our passion is to see lives changed and communities transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
